3/1 to 5/31/2016, a three-month Medical Advancement Program for Chinese Physicians, total 11 physicians with different specialties and from different hospitals of Shenzhen. The main purpose of this training program is to provide physician leaders of China hospitals an advancement education program with a focus on quality, leadership and innovation. Mentors are selected from Harvard Medical School and affiliated hospitals leading clinicians and faculties. Physician students gain exceptional experience from US healthcare and generate new ideas for clinical work and research. This 3month training program included wide range and top level lectures covered from medical advances of different fields, US medical system, quality control, hospital management, medical information system, medical legal issues, etc; More than 20 distinguished experts served as lecturers including BIDHC CEO John Christoforo, BIDMC-Plymouth CEO Peter Holden, Harvard Medical School CIO Dr. John Halamka, Chief of Cardiology of Brigham Woman Hospital Dr. Peter Libby, Chief of Endocrinology Dr. Ursula Kaiser,  Chef of OB/GYN Dr.Hope Ricciotti  of BIDMC, Vice Chair of anesthesiology, pain and critical care Dr. Jianren Mao at MGH, ect; Hospital in depth tours, teaching rounds, case discussions and presentations, the program wrapped in great success.
