Mark Li
MD, FACSG

Dr.Li is a coordinator of Hepatitis Project of Washington DC, and Commissioner, Maryland Community Health Resource Commission.Dr.Li is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, he was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Specialists in Geriatrics and a Fellow of American College of Ethical Physician. Dr.Li has practiced in DC area for the last 28 years. He has also serves as Medical Director for several nursing homes and rehab centers.  He is speaker for over 10 organizations covering many medical topics particularly hepatitis B. Over years Dr.Li led several large scale hepatitis projects, the results were published on top medical journals.Dr.Li is a well-known community leader and serves on multiple medical societies, he was board member and vice president of ACMES now serves as an advisor.

Jianren Mao
MD, PhD

Jianren Mao is the Richard J. Kitz Professor of Anaesthesia Research at Harvard Medical School, Harvard University and a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine specialist.  Dr. Mao is the Vice Chair for Research at the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and the director of the MGH Center for Translational Pain Research.  Dr. Mao is an associate editor for Pain and Anesthesia & Analgesia (Pain and Analgesic Mechanisms), and an editorial board member of the Journal of Pain, Molecular Pain, and Journal of Neuropathic Pain.  He is a reviewer for over 35 professional journals and was a section editor for Pain Medicine (translational research) for 9 years.  He has served on a number of grant-reviewing study sections including U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Canadian Research Council, Austrian Science Foundation, and Danish Council for Strategic Research.  Dr. Mao has authored or co-authored over 130 publications and 75 abstracts and published, as a sole editor, three books. Dr. Mao is an active advisor and executive member of ACMES, he is also advisory editor of North American Journal of Medicine and Science.

David Gould
Esq, Ficksman & Conley LLP

David Gould, Esq, Ficksman & Conley LLP. Mr. Gould is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers who has limited his practice for over thirty years exclusively to medical legal matters. He is a graduate of Suffolk Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. He has devoted his practice entirely to the representation of the medical community. He has been an active trial lawyer in the defense of medical litigation and represents health care providers before the Massachusetts Board of Registration. Mr. Gould directs a course at the Harvard University School of Continuing Education and lectures to hospitals and medical groups on liability prevention. Mr. Gould has also expanded his practice to represent the health care community in New Hampshire. Additionally, Mr. Gould has been recognized as one of the top 100 lawyers in Boston by Boston Magazine, is listed as a “Super Lawyer” and is listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in America”. He has defended significant medical malpractice actions in the courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is a frequent lecturer to lawyers in methods of trial practice. He is a frequent lecturer of ACMES conferences and legal advisor for ACMES physicians.

Sujun Zhang
Vice Minister of Justice of China

Sujun Zhang, vice minister of Justice of China since 2005. He is currently a senior visiting scholar at Kennedy School of Harvard University. He was born in Henan, China, had double degree from graduate school, he has over 20 year experience in executive management and leadership. He served as director of state prison, chair of state department of Justice, Jiangsu Province, chairperson of politics department- minister of Justice, China.
